With more than 25 years of hands-on experience in marine service and repair—including an extensive background with Crate’s Marine—Jody brings exceptional technical expertise, precision, and a genuine passion for vessel care.
As a certified technician for Mercury Marine and Volvo Penta, Jody is trusted to deliver manufacturer-approved service at the highest professional standard. From routine maintenance and performance optimization to launch and haul-out coordination and complex mechanical diagnostics, his attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure every vessel is treated with the utmost care.

Stephan joins us with an impressive 17 years of experience as a Marine Technician, bringing a wealth of hands-on knowledge, troubleshooting expertise and experience in marine maintenance and repair.
Stephan will be working alongside our Marine Technician, Jody, giving Grand Harbour Marina two experienced marine techs on our team!
This is an important addition to our growing marine service department. Having a second technician means we’ll be able to accommodate more service requests, reduce wait times and get repairs and maintenance completed faster—because we know that when boating season is here, the last thing anyone wants is to be stuck at the dock waiting for service!
Together, Jody and Stephan will help us continue expanding our on-site marine services and provide our members, transient guests and local boating community with the knowledgeable, dependable and timely service they deserve.

Kim brings many years of experience in the marine parts and service industry, and we're thrilled to have her expertise with our growing team.
In 2026 we introduced our dedicated marine parts and service department and Ship Chandlery Store with a dedicated entrance just next to the marine shop bay doors.
Kim's role will include preparing and managing service work orders, scheduling maintenance and repair appointments, ordering and sourcing marine parts, assisting members and our customers with their parts and service needs while working closely with our service technicians to ensure every job is completed efficiently and professionally.
